Anatomy Labs
Each Anatomy lab typically has two faculty members assigned to it. The anatomy faculty have extensive experience in the field of anatomy, both in clinical and research backgrounds. During the first week of class, they discuss the emotions and ethics involved in anatomical donation and human dissection. Students are introduced to lab partners and their donor with whom they will be working during the next eight months.
Our Anatomy Labs are well known for their extensive online curricular tools and other educational resources. These are invaluable tools for not only passing the course, but also for understanding how anatomy relates to everything else students will learn in medical school. M1s focus on foundational anatomy, which will prepares them to continue learning anatomy as it relates to clinical studies throughout all four years.
